ORDERS & PAYMENTS

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at hi@kymbastore.com as soon as you can. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and as accurately as possible, we are sometimes unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us if the order has already shipped out.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email that we are processing your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a separate email with a tracking number. To view the status of pending orders, you can visit the order history page while signed in to your account.

International currency
We recommend for all international orders that you use the Paypal option to process international credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to use that option! Just choose the Paypal option, and then enter your credit card number.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout according to weight,

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package.

How do I track my order?

The best way to find out the status of your order is to log into your account. You can also follow the link from your tracking email.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed during checkout. When filling out your payment information, place your gift code in the gift card or discount code box, and hit apply. Once you click “APPLY”, your total will be adjusted.
